contact support is useless

I'm trying to ask a simple question about why the OneDrive access I'm paying for doesn't work--it doesn't show new files added from one system, on any other system. Trying to get support chat, I receive the very unhelpful:You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus" on this server.This is a little ridiculous. The only thread in this forum that mentions that error message is locked, falsely saying it's the user's fault and blaming it on the country they're in.I'm in the USA. Last time I checked, Microsoft had a strong presence here.
