Dear Microsoft Support Team,I’m reaching out with a bit of a digital dilemma that’s been like a silent track on my system’s playlist. I’ve stumbled upon two folders, “$WINDOWS.~BT” and “$WinREAgent,” which seem to be outstaying their welcome in my storage space.After conducting my own research, I understand these folders are related to system updates. However, I’ve had my updates turned off since the vinyl records were in fashion (or so it feels), and these folders date back to 14/09/2021. Fast forward to today, 17/06/2024, and they’re still here.
