Getting the Error "Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation." then pc freezes.

Hi,I have recently been receiving the error Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation when my PC freezes (unable to move the mouse, unable to use the caps lock button) I've checked the system event logs and found this specific error when it does occur. I have followed the items here. Please let me know what other steps I can to check this issue and hopefully avoid it from happening. Attaching a copy of the error for reference.
