Hello, I just purchased an HP all-in-one pc. I successfully completed the initial setup and obtained a good internet connection.I then tried to download and install some additional apps such as acrobat reader and microsoft office suite.I was able to downlod the install/setup files, but when I attempt to run the setup executables I keep getting a not connected to the internet or a couldn't install popup. The error code for office was 0-2015 (2250)How do I resolve this issue since I clearly have an internet connection?Thanks,John K
