I can't login to my windows account on my old laptop . It keeps saying to use an old password. Now it's saying to reset my password, even though I'm using the current password. My windows version is in the 1700s last I checked. I made an administrator login but I can't do anything it keeps telling me I have to login to the main account of my old laptop. And it also won't let me just cleanly delete everything off the pc and start over which I've tried out of frustration giving up on anything I've held dear on my old laptop. It won't let me update to windows 11 and it won't let me factory rese
