A blue screen occurs when you enter the wrong WiFi password

Hopefully someone can provide a solution. What happened was that my laptop suddenly stacked and ended up with a blue screen when I entered the wrong WiFi password, but it ran normally when the password I entered was correct. Is there something wrong with my WiFi settings or is there damage to the hardware or software? I've reset the wifi settings but it's still the same.
