Reboot without warning and blue screen

The PC often reboots without warning. The interface gets stuck for a few seconds and then restarts automatically. Sometimes there is a blue screen prompting MEMORY MANAGEMENT; sometimes after auto shutdown, the host light is on, but it does not start up automatically, so you need to manually press the key to force it to shut down and then press the boot button on your own.
