Windows 10 won't boot

My windows 10 won't boot up. The lights on my keyboard never light up and I can't make it to even the bios splash screen. Although I did manage this once before, the computer crashed while I was trying to fix it and now I'm stuck.I suspect it has a graphics driver problem, since when it did work, the monitor has a very low resolution and was discolored, with areas being purple. I also couldn't change its resolution, and when I checked, my graphics driver was not found.
