I'll be playing a game through Steam, and I might want to change the video I'm watching on my second monitor. So I Alt-Tab to switch focus so my cursor can move to the second monitor, because fullscreen games smartly remove that ability, but when I click on a window on my second monitor, everything freezes for about a second. The game window will go fully black, the video I'm watching will pause, the audio will keep playing and everything will be normal a second after I click.
