I have a laptop with windows 11 home edition. I want to upgrade to windows 11 pro, so I bought it on microsoft's website. An email with the product key was supposed to arrive, but never did. Now I don't have the key, and can't activate it to make the upgrade.Opening a support ticket didn't help. Now a bot keeps calling, saying something almost unintelligible and ignoring any options I dial in. I also tried the 3 (THREE) microsoft contact numbers in my country. None of them work.How can I get the key for the expensive product I paid for? Or how can the email be actually sent?
