PC running really slow, failing to install updates and keeps failing to repair drive.. please help been trying everything the last 2 days

I have a gaming pc that i haven't used in a while, decided to get it up and running again and use for work, the pc is running really slow and taking ages to start up, i have disabled all start ip programmes and have been trying to install updates, however they keep failing, any app i try opening fails and also it keeps saying its failed to repair the drive…
