Headset Microphone isn't detected

My headset model is Hyperx Cloud stinger core 7.1. I got a new PC recently and after setting it up I realized my headset mic is not detected at all. The sound works just fine. My mic isnt broken as it works perfectly on another device (my laptop). I tried rolling back the realtek driver, updating the driver, and nothing worked. Help? My System Model is MS-7D98
