Windows Server 2019 June Patches are not downloading from WSUS console

Windows Server June Patches are not being downloaded by our 2019, 2016 servers. In the settings, in Windows Update, it shows that they are up to date.In the Wsus Console, the status is Not Installed. At one point, it gave the error that the patches cannot be downloaded so I clicked on try again.I restarted both the WSUS server and one server, but nothing changed. Communication to the WSUS servers is working.Is anyone else experiencing this kind of behavior?
