Please have someone call me, (616) 450-5080 . I am lost and no nothing much about computers and how my two MS accounts were set up.Not happy that I cannot call and speak with someone like I used to do, Why is MS making it so difficult to get technical service or anything else.First, when trying to sign into one of my two accounts it states account does not exist, yet it shows under my name the dropdown shows that account is active.Second, need to have my land line phone number changed to my mobile number for accessing the code for two step authentication.
