How to fix having to restart my pc to get to the sign in screen

When I turn my computer on for the day my tuf gaming desplay comes on for a second then just stays at a black screen till I restart it then I can sign in but it takes several minutes to actually sign in it’s been like that for a couple weeks now and just the other day when I load up a game (destiny 2) the game loads up the black screens till I tab out then tab back in then it worked fine till the next day
