NEED HELP!!!! I’m writing this for my friend, but using her account so everything is happening with this account. She has a Lenovo Laptop that was working just fine, but decided to stop. It keeps getting stuck on the loading screen after the Lenovo logo. I’m more known with technology than her, but I feel as if I’ve done everything I can do.
