Internet Explorer on Windows 10

Hello,I did a Repair Reinistall of my Windows 10 a couple of days ago. And for some reasons, Internet Explorer has been running in the background (I saw it in the Task Manager) which it has never been there before. And the app is not listed in my program lists. Is there a way I can delete it from my laptop once and for all? It's taking up disk space and memory in my laptop.Thank you.
