Computer wont turn on

Yesterday my computer randomly turned off and i thought my battery just died so i left it alone and today when i came to charge it, the charging light was lighting up like normal but the computer wasnt turning on i left it to charge for 30 minutes it still didnt turn on i tried to turn it on from the power on button but i noticed when i press it the button blinks and turns off. I tried pressing the button but it still doesnt turn onSomeone please help me figure out whats going on!I have important files on there!
