So I was trying to install Windows 10 Home Edition onto a Raspberry Pi 3b, and there was an error that popped up every time telling me to restart my computer and try again. So I did that about 5-6 times, with no luck. I used an application I downloaded from the web to put Windows onto a Micro SD card called Windows On Raspberry (WOR). I was using a Micro SD card to USB converter. After my attempts with Windows, I decided to put an OS made for the Raspberry Pi.
