Attempting to Shift+Restart a computer is giving the BSOD

I've got a corporate laptop that I need to reset for the use of a new user, but unfortunately the IT guy who handled this before me did not record the password of the admin account, so I can't log in. Since I don't need anything off of it, I figured I'd just do a full system reset.
