I've got a corporate laptop that I need to reset for the use of a new user, but unfortunately the IT guy who handled this before me did not record the password of the admin account, so I can't log in. Since I don't need anything off of it, I figured I'd just do a full system reset. I tried to use the Shift + Restart method from the login screen, but every time I do I get a Windows Blue Screen of Death with the following stop code
