Locked out of my pc

I haven’t been on my pc for about 2-3 months. I’m trying to log back into my pc but it’s not working for me. I can’t remember the password and I’m getting pissed. I have a 3.2k PC build but can’t even use it anymore. Like how or who can I get ahold of to help Me?
