How do I submit a minidump file? I am having Driver_Power_Failure issues every day that causes blue screens and can not find a solution

As mentioned in the question, my new PC keeps crashing due to driver issues. I tried to access the mini dump file, but did not get far. I attempted to go into my control panel to update any drivers for networks, Bluetooth, etc. None of it has worked so far. Additionally, sleep mode did not work for the first couple of weeks with my pc, but now my power button only puts my PC into sleep mode and does not fully turn it off.
