Unable to access windows 10 pc over network

I am trying to share PC's over LAN but some pc show up some pc's don't show up. Some are easily accessible some are not i have tried giving them IP's and also tried DHCP network but no luck. one of the pc randomly connects to other pc but then randomly stops connecting. all pc's are installed by same bootable drive and one same settings.
