Blackscreen Monitor with Power On PC

Can someone help me regarding my Pc's wouldn't turned on but the power itself its on, it went blackscreen on the Monitor, im pretty sure it had something to do with display plug no? (im using OLD graphic card, GT630 2Gb with 240hz monitor) it worked well since couple months but suddenly this morning it didn't. I've tried everything but it doesnt work, do you reckon this is a graphic card problem or something elses?
