Hi, and thank you in advance for your help.I have a laptop that was originally running Windows 7 but was forced to upgrade to Windows 10. I don't have a Windows 10 key, but I do have the Windows 7 Home Premium key printed on the laptop. The SSD has started to fail, causing frequent blue screens and preventing me from backing up or imaging the drive using the built-in backup and restore feature.To work around this issue, I connected the SSD to an enclosure and an external 2TB drive.
