SQL Lite cannot save due to changed cluster size after image restore using Win7 backup.

Hi All, I have been using a program that uses SQL 2007 lite when creating the database (512 bit clusters)Upon backup and restore of a system image, the program fails to backup as the cluster size (now 2096) has changed.I cannot dictate how the database is saved as its third party software using SQL and I cant dictate the command (lines).Question is If I re-image the disk back to as disk formatted 512 cluster size, would it likely work again?Thanks an advanceRegardsDavid
