My Laptop wont connect to 802.11ax wireless mode even tho it is supported by my wifi driver

When i try do change my wireless mode to 802.11ax or 802.11ac my laptop just wont connect to the internet and the way it can connect to it is by disabling it.Also my laptop would connect to the wireless modes normally but for the past week it is not able to. also i have tried some commands on cmd such as netsh int ip reset, winsock reset and the usual ipconfig /renew etc.Wifi driver: Wi-Fi 6 AX201 (latest driver)
