Recently I downloaded a listening file for test practicing but every time I open it with Window media player , it becomes not responding then just close and the the RCP call failedI try to find ways like- services.msc and try to run all of anything in both "extended" + "standard" that is related to RCP or DCOM- or just system config and choose normal start up , though I can only select "okay" not apply - I restarted many time and change stuff like my wifi and ethernet - Firewall - I allowed the remote assistance both on "private" and "public"- I even activate IPv6 on my wifi , though still can
