In my event viewer i get volume shadow copy service error access is denied 8194 windows 10. What are the best next steps

I had been getting BSOD so I ran chkdsk and memtest86 and all clean. Reinstalled fresh windows10, updated all dell drivers and ran dell diagnostics. Had a PCI error that was not specific so I ran event viewer and saw the VSS error. Don't know what is the best next steps.
