Cannot sign into Windows with Hello Key

I was updating my computer and managed to get myself locked out. It will not let me reset the windows 10 hello key and instead goes into an error loop. I think it may have something to do with the fact that I changed my email address a few months ago. I'm not sure how to regain access. Thanks.
