Error Code 0x8004027d Pops up when casted to another screen

Hi whenever i try to play a dvd on my laptop and project to the tv it doesn’t start playback and shows error code 0x8004027d and i’ve tried installing graphics drivers and cleaning up my laptop but it still doesn’t work.
