My PC has been freezing on startup for a couple months now. Soon as I login I'm stuck on desktop screen and none of the apps I click on load up. I'm then forced to a hard shutdown by holding down the power button. This happens very often. I discovered if I open task manager as fast as possible right after I login, that gets all the programs running. I have no idea what the issue is kindly help with that. While looking through my startup programs I see an unknown leftover program with a file path I cannot follow. Where can I find Program" Files? Why are there quotations in the file path? Is thi
