VIRUS DEV HOME

I recently made a windows restoration and after it finished I had some viruses, which i removed, but there was one callled "Dev Home (preview)" that I couldn't remove in any way, other viruses wereMcafeeDropboxOne DriveSkypeSolitaireMSN CLIMATEMovies and tvthose others i was able to removebut the Dev Home wond come out in any wayI tryed both listed methods, one using the uninstall prompt, but the button is greyed out, and the other using power shell, but it also does not workHow do i proceed?
