I was reading and writing to this disk no problem until suddenly the program I was using froze. I restarted the computer and the disk was not visible in finder and showed up in Disk Management as "Unknown" and "Not initialized" with no allocation. I tried crystalDiskInfo and the disk did not show up at all there. I used the event viewer to go back to the time this happened and found a warning from storahci saying 'Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued.'
