Hello,My pc will continuesly jitter and freeze for a few seconds then update. This happens with specific apps like any that use hardware acceleration or my windows video player but games work fine in my experience. When this happens my CPU and GPU jolt up in jagged lines on task manager my GPU specifically activating the 3D for some reason. I can move and then adjust again after it refreshes and i can typically end up turning hardware acceleration off. Often times I can press windows and the freezing will stop because my taskbar opened unless its really bad. Im not sure if its always done this
