Windows 11 can't switch out of S mode

I just bought a new laptop and really need to get out of S mode. When I click 'Get' in the windows store, it says 'Something happened and we couldn't start the upgrade', and the button changes to 'Try again'.I have tried this already:press CTRL SHIFT + ESC at the same time.On the task manager look for Services tab, then find "wuauserv" and restart the service by right click on it.Restart the computer and see if you can switch out to S mode.Go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Access work or school, if there is any account listed disconnect on it.Press Windows key + RType: wsreset.exeWait
