My windows 10 pro GPT desktop computer failed to install the recovery partition update. I followed the windows procedure to shrink "C", delete my recovery partition, then create a new, bigger, recovery partition. Now windows will not recognize the new recovery partition because it does not contain a configuration file. Bad procedure.Is there a third-party partition management program that will correctly create a recovery partition?I want to have a working recovery partition in place before upgrading to windows 11, then later to windows 12.
