All of a sudden my second monitor changed it's native resolution to 1024x768 when a few weeks ago it was working perfectly fine at 1920x1080.

I have tried updating my graphics cards, intel i5 9th gen and geforce GTX 1650. The two monitors listed in the device manager are Generic Non-Pnp Monitor and Generic Pnp Monitor. Yes, I have tried to update all the drivers through device manager and through the manufacturer's websites. The only other resolution I can change it to is 800x600. Also should mention that I was previously on windows 11. I reinstalled windows 11 and it was still not fixed, then I downgraded to windows 10 and it's still isn't fixed. The only other thing that could be a reason why this is happening is that I downloaded
