why is my %userprofile% folder not on disk C:

I have just migrated moving the HDD to SSD, after the migration is complete why is my %userprofile% folder or "USERS" folder located on Disk D:, folders such as desktop, downloads etc. also move to disk D. How do I move it to disk C: again ?the point is, I want my "users" folder back to disk C like this (C:\Users\USER)
