Transfer windows 10 license

Good dayI have a laptop that runs off Windows 10 and found that the hardware does not support Windows 11 or Office 365. I have built a new desktop PC and want to transfer the license across to the new device. The current laptop reflects on my current Microsoft profile. Kindly advise.RegardsMegan
