So I just reinstalled Window recently and downloaded all the essential apps. I installed Photoshop but right after it there was a popup AdobeIPCBroker.exe "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application". Every time I close it it'll just come back. Although I still be able to open and use Photoshop, the popup becomes very annoying. So I looked up some solutions and they said to delete IPCBox Folder(C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\IPCBox) then it will work fine.
