Why can't I connect Bluetooth in my desktop while I can connect in other devices?

Whenever I connect Bluetooth on my desktop, window 11 computer, it keeps showing couldn't connect. There is nothing wrong with the headphone because I can connect Bluetooth other devices like my phone and laptop. I have tried Window + R -> devmgmt.msc -> Network adapter -> Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network) -> right click -> Disable device and also Uninstall device. But nothing happened. My window is up to date so I have no idea what the problem is! Could someone help?
