Can't get pass Let's add your account

So, I finished installing Windows 10 on this Toshiba Satellite L550 and I am not able to get pass the "Let's add your account" screen. It asks me to add a Microsoft account instead of adding a local account. How to get pass this screen without adding a Microsoft account?
