Blue Screen of Death while installing Windows..

I had the Blue Screen “System Service Exception” on startup, and so i tried to reset my PC with local install, and now when it started reinstalling windows, it shows the install percentage, then bluescreens, restarts, loops. Is there any way i can fix this? I cant get to the advanced startup menu too for some reason..
