File Explorer wont open to Paint 3D.

Whenever I try to edit a picture on file explorer using Paint 3D, it tells me to find an app on microsoft store, even though I have already installed Paint 3D.I have already tried restaring the app and redownloading it, but it still does not work.Any help to awnswering this question is very much apreciated .PS- Have been using Paint 3D many times before this started happening.
