Music Folder Gets Put in Pictures Folder, Can't Delete

Hello Gals and Guys - I have a HP desktop running Windows 10 Home. I noticed that there was a Music folder in my Pictures folder along with the note icon on the folder, so kind of like it was the Music folder. This means I have two copies of my music on my SSD. When attempted to delete the extra folder, it deleted both and messed up my music library on iTunes, so I'm wondering how this came to be and what I might do to delete the second copy of my music? Thanks for any help.
