Settings App keeps closing

The other day, I wanted to check issues with my network. I clicked "Network and Internet settings", the window with the gear popped up, and closed a few seconds later. After looking through maybe a dozen different solutions, I've found every single option on the Settings window has the same result. System, Devices, Phone, Network & Internet, Personalization, Apps, Accounts, Time & Language, Gaming, Ease of Access, Search, Privacy, Update & Security, all result in the Settings just closing.
