Memory Management BSOD

I just got a BSOD, with a stop code of memory management. Upon restarting my PC I was asked to sign out, the PC then restarted again. Now when I open windows only files from my C:/ Drive show up, but none of my other files from my other disk show up. My login wallpaper has now changed to a default windows one, and my PC background is just the blue windows wallpaper. Any help is appreciated.- I’ve tried Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool, and sfc scan now . My computer is up to date as well as on the latest graphic driver to my knowledge. Also when booting up I have a few boot options via BIOS:Wind
