I've had this problem once before but restarting the laptop (it's an HP 15s-eq2XXX) made it work, but now even that doesn't work. (I'm on Windows 10 Home 22H2)I use Bluetooth regularly for my mouse:1. it started with the "Bluetooth and other devices" page showing that Bluetooth is turned off with no toggle switch apparent.2. I then ran the "Bluetooth troubleshooter" and it said my laptop doesn't have Bluetooth capabilities.3. I then went to "device manager" and there as well Bluetooth was missing.4. I clicked on "scan for hardware changes" and still nothing.5. I toggled off the "turn on fast
