Actually, I want to make the windows more secure with a 2FA using face recognition Recognition Software as an authentication. So basically, I want a user to login in the windows machine with the traditional password or pin, and then my software should pop up for authentication, After passing my authentication software, a user can access the system and its UI and apps. If a person is not able to pass the security of my face recognition software, he must not be able to do anything in the system, nor can he access the desktop or anything else.
